A wonderfull evening as you would expect from Hastings. We went to a similar night in the Slieve Donard Hotel for New Year and the Europas christmas do for a couple of years they also were superbe definitely going back next year we had 2 years at the Titanic first was sit down meal in 2015 nice but a buffet bit like Lyons corner house not good Food wonderfull service wonderfull music great, loved every moment. Great team of staff well done all.

Went last night with my daughter to the Elvis Spectacular. We also booked an overnight stay with breakfast. All of the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely very comfortable. The Elvis show was absolutely fantastic, held in the grand ballroom, with a buffet supper it was a great way to enjoy this fabulous show. Breakfast this morning was delicious with plenty of choice. This was my first time staying in the Europa but it certainly won't be my last.

Went to the piano bar for lunch with a friend. Bottle of wine and sandwiches. Lovely
Went to Elvis concert and also stayed over with my wife. Brilliant concert, Drinks bit expensive. Food at concert OK and plenty of it.Breakfast in the morning fabulous. Will be back

Had afternoon tea 28th Dec and I was really impressed. Nothing was too much trouble, it was delicious and a lovely friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back!!
Jim Brown show was excellent but venue left wanting. Room had shabby torn carpet pieced together rather badly with black tap in some places. Not what I expect to see in 5 star hotel! Long queue and wait to be served at bar. Ordered bottle of red wine at bar. Barman left bar to go somewhere else to get it. Then when he returned again had to leave bar to get a wine glass. Prices exhorbert @ £3.50 for a bottle of coke and wait for £4.50 each for a pot of tea and coffee. Disappointing all round!

The room has had a lot of traffic through it over the Christmas season but will certainly be reviewed for any necessary repairs. The tape would be used as a temporary measure to ensure the health and safety of our guests to avoid trips and falls. It was indeed a very busy night and I apologise you were inconvenienced on having to queue at the bar. Our prices are set by our Head Office but they will certainly be aware of your thoughts.
