I love staying at this hotel. Have just returned home after a 2 night stay �. Staff are so friendly along with being professional. Food is very good both in restaurant & piano bar. I must go back very soon �
Stayed one nyt . Was expecting a lot better . Room was basic and had a view of a block wall .
Weekend visitor to Belfast. Stopped and had a few drinks in the Europa Hotel. Reasonably priced good size of measure on the wine. Bought jewelry again great price in fact bought some for myself as well as the gift. The receptionist was sooooo friendly and helpful., as was the bar staff.
Very over priced cocktails but lovely atmosphere
Christmas dinner here for the 1st time , food basic ? Was disappointed to be honest. Service for drinks very poor had to wait ages .not very disabled friendly either , ! No public lift to the reception hall so I was escorted to a bk service lift filled with boxes and broken mirrors ! Then to go up to the next floor , I has to go bk in said dirty lift Down to ground floor then walk the whole way around to another lift to go up again to the hall for dinner 🤔 Really in a place like this I didn't expect to have to walk on crutc... read more
The staff were lovely but disappointed on managers decision. Ask doorman was there a smoking area instead of standing outside the front door. He asked me if I was at one of the functions as a smoking room was reserved for one of them. What about the quests who paid money for the night that were they not entitled to use it. It's one rule for guests and one for people who have functions. If the hotel has a no smoking policy it should be for everyone
Excellent hotel with exceptional staff.....nothing is too much bother! Wud highly recommend to anyone!!
