I loved my stay at this hotel. Staff are extremely friendly & attentive... Will definitely make this the hotel of choice whenever I visit Belfast in the future. Highly recommend.

Had the Festive afternoon tea here in the piano bar yesterday wth my daughter and granddaughter, it really was lovely. As it was decorated for Christmas, some Christmas music playing in the background would have been a nice touch. Apart from that, I couldn't fault it!! Staff were excellent!!
Great night spent here last night for my birthday, beautiful & comfortable room, residents bar was hiving and the girl who served us tea & coffee at breakfast this morning is a legend and knew exactly what we needed, even sent me off with a carry out coffee!! Brilliant service, super staff, thank you for a great night xxx

My two friends and I went to The Europa for afternoon tea for our 50th Birthday. Wow!! Between us we have had afternoon tea in a lot of places but this was the best by far. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely man who talked us right through the whole menu. The food was so dainty and perfect. We requested no salmon sandwiches and got substitutes without any hassle. Absolutely love this place. Went Christmas shopping yesterday and of course had to call in to the Europa for a wee Christmas tipple before we headed home ���. Excellent service as usual. 1st time my daughter was with us she loved it . We loved all the Christmas decorations from Nut Crackers, Soldiers and the gorgeous Tree ���
