Fantastic hotel right in the heart of the city. Spotlessly clean throughout. Gorgeous little touches in the rooms, from the beautiful soaps to the luxurious bathrobes but, our favourite was the complimentary rubber duck in a tux �� The staff were very, very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much for them. The valet parking was a godsend as it saved us alot of time trying to find parking and also saved us getting wet! Friendly, very helpful staff at the bar on the 1st floor. Lovely atmosphere with the introduction of the resident pianist! Great pint of magners too!
Really nice hotel. Front facing room great. Staff were really nice. Breakfast was great and the waitress was so nice and friendly. I would definetly stay again and recommend it to friends. So handy to bus and train station and city centre.
What can I say .But AMAZIN and Thank you the cocktail master class with Paul was great an the stay was wonderful .

Was in the exhibition centre after paying for a VIP event - it was supposed to be table service but there was only two floor staff taking orders it was quicker to go to the bar yourself the poor waiting staff were run off their feet - I was not impressed by the pressure put onto them I don't even think they got a break - for the price of the drink there most definitely needs to be more staff on for a packed event
Great food and top notch staff, rooms were perfect thanks for a lovely stay. :)
The Europa is my favourite hotel got married here nearly 5 years ago it will always hold a special place in my heart � It just has that little extra something xx
