Room 306 baltic cold constant noise all night from the widows not the best 30th anniverssary we had expected very dissappointed.....the staff on the other hand were first class....unlike our room.....not a wink of sleep...☹

I am very sorry to hear that Mr Teggart. If we had known about your anniversary, we most certainly would have made arrangements to enhance as a special occasion. If there is occasion, please book direct and we can make the necessary arrangements. These rooms are controlled by a central heating system and should not be cold. Storm Barbara I believe was the cause of this unusal occurrence. Apologies again.
Lovely hotel, great friendly staff. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay here if traveling to Belfast.
Won in M&S, for our store charity. A voucher for 1 night bb. Was on the phone tonight, to the girl who books the rooms.(Susan? )soo lovely, soo friendly.& No rooms. I explained what, i was trying to do. She then when out of her way and got me stored,so that me & mum can stay the night we go to PANTO,!!! 7th Jan..Soo wee mum is over the moon and im very thankful. Great service A+... xxx

Went last night with friends to watch Boyzlife, had dinner in the Restaurant beforehand which was busy due to the show,this did not affect the ambience and calm and professional service of all the staff ,from the managers to the waiting staff, food was top quality, and beautifully presented.The Grand Ballroom was the perfect setting to watch a show,perfect view of the stage, I would definitely recommend this kind of setting to watch a show,so comfortable,not like being cramped in an arena..sheer luxury..hard to believe all t... read more
Amazing hotel, beautifully decorated for Christmas. 1st floor bar gorgeous for coffee/drinks & catch up with friends.
3rd time in 4 years having our Christmas dinner at the Europa hotel and I have enjoyed it on all occasions, The staff are 1st class and the rooms excellent. I would recommend it to anyone.
Went last nite for boyzlife and was very disappointed very bad organisation no one new where they had to sit and waiting ages for drinks
