Had a lovely dinner dance at this hotel absolutely loved it would recommend a stay and breakfast was fab too �
My hubby and I went to a black tie do at the Europa on sat night. We also stayed the night. When we booked in we were given an upgrade on our room, a lovely surprise. From start to finish we had a wonderful time. The food was excellent and hot considering they were serving 200 people. Staff were lovely from reception to housekeeping and breakfast staff were great craic. An added bonus was we won an overnight stay and bed and breakfast in the raffle which we are are looking forward to using as we both have december birthdays.... read more

best staff and concieages(cant spell it)in uk..ive stayed all summer as a coach driver with trafalgar..kieron hugh johnny top class..still think james mc ginn should learn how to read at everglades..after a long season maybe a wee nite in bar 4 them men and a few drivers..

When I was wee we were rural and had to walk miles to get the bus to Belfast, one day we were giddy jumping about and saw the bus in the distance and we were dancing round and putting our hands out to get the bus to stop, but this stretch limo stopped and his driver came out and told us would we want a lift so my family and there was another family all into this limo and to this day I will always remember the owner of The Europa Hotel stopped and gave us a lift into Belfast. A great hotel, perfectly located for getting out in the City. I have stayed on a number of occasions, however on my most recent visit I was very fortunate to get an upgrade to the Titanic Suite. What an amazing room. The staff are always extremely friendly, helpful and always professional.
Hotel and check and rooms are good. Bar staff service is a shambles. I was standing at the bar and overlooked by 2 bar staff just now who served two other folk who just approached the bar 3 minutes after me.
Beauitfu hotel enjoy relax quiet drink meet lovely freindly people .
