We had a lovely stay last night for our anniversary thanks to the manager for the lovely card and sweets and the suite we got upgraded too, we are booked for the elvis show, can't wait. Also the guy who shows you to your table for breakfast is lovely, piano bar for food and the daiquiris are amazing
Went here for my birthday dinner. Great food, great wine and great service. Will be back again.

As always I find the Europa to be an amazing experience always clean, prompt and professional service. We often call in to eat in the restaurant prior to a show in the Grand Opera House. Our waiter Jasper who looked after us so well last night was one of the best in the business. He was very friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us in anyway possible.
