Hotel room cold bathroom freezing so bad you could not take a shower. Not be back.
We were in for drinks in lobby today lovely staff...seating area nice but need to pump up the heating especially on such a cold wet day like today. Lady next to us commented on how chilly it was and said the bedrooms were cold too. It was very cold. Toilets freezing and hadn't been attended to since 2pm and that was at 5pm..said they are checked hourly on checklist sheet on door. Bit disappointing for 4 star hotel.
Great Hotel! Close to everything would definetly stay again!
My husband + I went for a late lunch yesterday. Food was delicious and staff were very friendly. Will definately be back.
