I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Lynsey (whom I believe to be in marketing or linked to reservations) for all her help with my bookings over the years. This lady is a credit to the Europa and goes over and beyond to help and organise our stay so efficiently. My family and I are staying tomorrow and are again looking forward to it.

A COMPLETE RIP OFF I WILL NEVER GO INTO THIS HOTEL OR BRING ANY FRIENDS TO IT SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO ASK FOR THE PRICES THEY CHARGE. A TOTAL DISGRACE.
Very traditional yet exceptional hotel to stay in. We enjoyed food here but i must say the piano bar and the pianist was just a highlight. The room was spacious and had every conceivable extra that we needed and the bed was sumptuous in the extreme. Would highly recommend

Somewhat surprised that a modern city centre hotel does not have air conditioning in all rooms. Thankfully I was able to change room, albeit at extra cost, to have a room where the temperature could, properly, be controlled. Excellent breakfast and staff all very welcoming and helpful. Would be happy to stay here again as long as my booking was for an air conditioned room
