Lovely pre-theatre meal, food was excellent, waiting staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very busy , with a good buzz about it, so would recommend booking to ensure you get a table.
Excellent rooms service, breakfast the best, loved our stay will certainly be back.

food delicious staff excellent highly recommended
A luxurious hotel in a perfect city centre location with superb food and service combined with a friendly professional atmosphere.
Horrendous service - lifts broken, staff totally unaware when paying lots for drinks, 15 minute queue for breakfast, breakfast poor, my friends were ‘overcharged’ - no apology, 10 days until refund. Woefully short of every other hotel in Ireland - all of which have lower star rating! #amateurs
