Everything ...fabulous staff in every dept ... food is excellent and last but not least ...they make the best strawberry D's ...they are amazeballs !!! Best Hotel in Belfast City Centre and beyond !!!
Average service , poor housekeeping (AGAIN) Nothing special about executive rooms for the extra £20 cost, last time we got slippers in basic room (not even the complimentary duck this time ☹️) Rainfall shower had minimal water pressure, sink tap leaked everywhere. Towels were stained & threadbare , towels were thrown under the sink on a dusty glass shelf . Well located near pubs, shopping, and transportation. Well appointed rooms. Very comfortable.
