ON FRIDAY 12TH JULY MY FRIEND LORRAINE AND I WENT TO THE PIANO BAR FOR LUNCH. VERONICA SERVED US SHE WAS SO ATTENTIVE AND KIND. I TOLD VERONICA IT WAS MY FRIENDS LAST CHEMO ON MONDAY AND VERONICA CAME WITH A BEAUTIFUL TRAY OF TREATS FOR LORRAINE. SHE MADE OUR DAY SO SPECIAL. THANK YOU LIFE IS FOR ENJOYING EVERYONE SO GET DOWN TO THE EUROPA AND BE PAMPERED BY WONDERFUL CARING STAFF. WE BOTH HAD SUCH A LOVELY AFTERNOON. THANK YOU. VERONICA CARSON

The Piano Bar looks out over Belfast and brings very happy memories. very pleasant staff.
Great service. Lovely food. Just a lovely relaxed place to have lunch. The lady that served us was very attentive. Definitely a return visit planned.
