RecommendedI've called numerous time since Tuesday and no-one has got back to me, I stayed in room 1102 Monday night and left my purple the hair straighners in the room, I paid €200 for them only recently so would like them back, can somebody please get back to me? was promised a phone call on both Tuesday and yesterday and no-one has contacted me

Fantastic room, love the piano bar and lovely breakfast, so great for a break ..... function suite however is extremely tired, carpet under my seat taped together, and function I attended was completely understaffed, couldn’t get a drinks order to the table and the meal a drawn out affair! As a hotel for an overnight stay, 5-star, as a function venue, 2-star.
We were treated like royalty.
