RecommendedFriendly staff lovely clean rooms
Went to the Elvis tribute night with all American buffet last night. Awful! The food was absolutely disgusting, burgers with lettuce and tomato already in a bun sitting under heat lamps for clearly a long time, resulting in soggy lettuce and a bun which was rock solid. Nachos, again already “dressed” over fried and horrible. The performance was just ok, not much interaction with the audience and very little known music in the first half, don’t know if second half got any bette as we left!
Great atmosphere in the public bar and great location
Festive Afternoon Tea today with my three Bridesmaids and the service was so so good. Really first class and felt like really special guests. Portion sizes were great, Christmas goodies were a lovely surprise and the surrounding comforts were gorgeous. would really recommend here for a lovely afternoon.
first class service.amazing atmosphere and food is delicious.the location is perfect and everyone was so friendly.a great hotel and great company.I am recommending the Europa to everyone I know.we will definitely be staying here again.
