Spent two nights in this lovely hotel, friendliest staff at the reception I have ever come across! Special thanks to Martin who works night shift, he couldn’t have been more helpful!!! Thank you for a pleasant stay! Hoping to be back soon.

It was so enchanting and wonderful. All staff exceeded our expectations and were so patient and helpful. Loved our stay there. The breakfast was amazing and the wait staff was so efficient and accommodating. Kudos to all of you.

Had a lovely time in the Europa on Sunday - had a drink in the lobby bar prior to having a meal in the causerie- food super and staff in both places friendly and attentive. We will be frequenting the Europa more often and are also looking forward to visiting the Grand Central .

Spent a couple of hours in the piano room on Saturday. Loved it. Chilled and relaxed with friends. Big shout out to our server Patrick. Such a gentleman!!

I went there with my friend and we stayed there for 2 night. They had great service and servers were very friendly. Their breakfast was fantastic, we had a great time living there.

Lovely to sit in The lounge with the Piano upstairs in the Hotel and people watch. We were looking for somewhere to relax and have a drink early on a Saturday evening We came into the hotel and the lounge downstairs was busy so we decided to go upstairs. The ambience was lovely and chilled We ordered drinks and lite bites. The staff were lovely and friendly and it was so nice to sit and relax. I have stayed a few times before but stayed last week with my husband. Upon hearing it was a birthday night out, Allie at reception, upgraded us which we were very grateful for. I mentioned I was back for a show this coming weekend but couldn't book due to availability and I had provisionally booked somewhere else. Allie quickly checked and there was a suitable room and £70 cheaper than other hotel! Allie then booked us a taxi and could not have been more helpful.
