Good food but service could be improved! Had to wait ages for drinks and staff had a couldn't care less attitude. We were not offered dessert or more drinks- needless to say we went elsewhere to continue our evening, expected more from the Europa.

Visited today for afternoon tea and was very pleased. Food was delicious and the staff were very polite and attentive. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back again soon !!

Spacious, elegant rooms (loved having a separate long bath and a shower cubicle plus iron/board, amazing breakfasts to suit all preferences (including offering Bushmills whiskey with the porridge!), charming and helpful staff - mustn't fail to mention the amazing quality dining at no more cost than a local restaurant! My first trip to Nor'n Ireland & picked the best location in Belfast! Lovely, comfortable hotel in a very central location; the staff are all so friendly & welcoming, the food is delicious (great breakfasts especially!) What's not to like? I hope to return one day 😍

Went to the Europa for afternoon tea on the recommendation of friends. It was absolutely perfect. We had a table in the window and the staff could not have been more attentive but were not over attentive. Just right. From the start we were told we could stay as long as we wanted and if we needed more, we just had to ask. Needless to say we didn’t. It was a perfect end to our 4 day break in Belfast.
