In today for lunch with two girlfriends choice was poor and food was just ok and maybe not even ok! Staff nice but bar wAs cold majority of customers sitting with coats on! Poor atmosphere ladies toilets ok one hard to get in and out of not up to scratch for a hotel like this would not recommend but if stuck just ok

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. The bar was just freezing and the rooms was far to warm. Came home from a night away and ended up with a chest infection. Never be back. And not very clean.

I won the competition for the afternoon tea for mothers day and must say it was absolutely gorgeous! The food was amazing as we knew it would be but have to mention how great the staff were they were so friendly and attentive we will def be back again thanks again for a great afternoon x

Stayed at this hotel. As a treat for my daughters birthday. And show in grand opera fabulous hotel . Highly recommend . Staff friendly and food good..x
