A very short third overnight stay at the hotel was betterstill than the first two, De[ite the earliness of the hour , intelligent, attentive staff, especially the night concierge ( regret didn't note his name) The well designed front entrance and apron is a great feature if you have a lot of luggage. Make one very at home in Belfast. Very near the airport, the tenner taxi ride made it a winner.

We were delighted to have a table at the window in the Piano Lounge. Staff very friendly and efficient. Food excellent.

First time staying in this hotel, our room was was a good size and bed was enormous, breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

Room was lovely breakfast was good could of been warmer. Bottled water in room was good especially after a night's drinking

This will always be the best hotel in Belfast as the staff at all levels really know their job it’s hospitality not customer service
