Myself and my husband had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for the first time I must say that we had a fantastic time the hotel is lovely the bedrooms are spotless the food was beautiful thanks and all the staff were so helpful in every way and yes we will be back again thanks

The Europa was brilliant Elvis show was brilliant Buffett was great rooms were good & the breakfast was super also staff was excellent would defo go back

First time staying in this hotel, our room was fabulous very big and bed was enormous, breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Bar prices was expected as always more expensive in Belfast city centre but £3.60 for a 330ml bottle of coke was ridiculous, the same size bottle was just 70 pence in shop across the road from hotel. Anyone thinking of slipping a drink in for an event forget it just slip in a litre bottle of mixer you'll save a fortune .

Would give 10 stars if I could! Best staff and food is amazing! First time here and will defiantly be back. Staff definitely go out of their way for you! Highly recommend!!!

Our annual Christmas trip to Belfast would never be complete with out a stay in this beautiful Hotel! Beautiful surroundings, magical atmosphere, perfect rooms complete with amazing food and friendly staff!what more could you ask for!

Lovely waitress who was very attentive, my husband I had a lovely meal, but my two girls both with severe food allergies seriously disappointed with their food-after explaining carefully about their egg and nut allergies which were duly noted by the waitress, both were served food with coleslaw and mayonnaise !! My youngest daughter was unable to eat hers-I pointed this out to the waitress at the end who reported it to the chef, but no replacement offered and we were charged the full amount !!
