My first time in Ireland......hotel was excellent. ....staff great an very helpful. ......room spotless. ....great food......I was very impressed with my experience at the europa hotel. ....loved my stay there.x

Love the Europa. We were there to eat Christmas dinner & have a few drinks after a day shopping before getting train home - it's so handy to Gt. Victoria street station. Meal was lovely and staff, as usual were friendly & efficient. It's our 'go to' place.

Had a lovely vegan Christmas dinner for my sister staff do , staff were friendly and made an effort to accommodate dietary requirements. Would highly recommend

I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for the last 2 nights. My father is from Belfast & I've always wanted to stay in this hotel. I was a little nervous that I might have bigged it up too much in my mind but in fact it exceeded all my expectations. From Check in to check out the staff were amazing. So friendly & informative. We were on a room only rate so we didn't have breakfast in the hotel.
