Had booked a meal for 6.30 for 7 ladies and as all seats in bars were full the staff very kindly allowed us to sit at our table in dining room and have a drink before ordering our meal The starters and main course were very reasonaly priced and absolutely delicious This was our 1st time to have a meal in Europa and would definitely recommend it Staff were very helpful and friendly and will we will be back again to eat

Hotel is 'ok'. Rooms are quite small. Most rooms have a frosted glass pane for a bathroom door (with no lock) so wouldn't recommend this room for privacy! Executive rooms are slightly more spacious with a 'proper' bathroom door. I cant fathom who thought it was a good idea to replace bathroom doors with shower style doors. Over priced for the standard of rooms to be fair. On the plus side the Piano bar is a lovely setting for lunches.

My family and i where in hotel on Sunday for scones and coffee. We ordered pots of coffee and heated scones and cones of chips. Down came our scones cold and 15 mins later we had to ask for our coffees and chips which another fella came down with small cups of coffee and only one cone of chips instead of two. When we went to pay my sister asked how much for disappointing scones and coffee. He replied they dont have anyone leave disappointed an didnt charge but his comment after it was rude. Stayed at the europa last night..had a great stay and very impressed with a gent called alley on check in...very professional young man and a pleasure to deal with!! Will definitly be back again ����

Fantastic time on a Saturday listening to the band playing & a great atmosphere.. Pity about the ladies toilets as its near impossible to get in and to shut the door behind you.. 2 toilets for a massive crowd just isn't good... Get it sorted Europa....
