Stayed at this hotel Saturday night and it’s safe to say I won’t be back. Booked a deal through Facebook £30 voucher for Victoria square and cocktails in the piano bar,only to be told when I went to check in that there was no record of me booking the deal. After some talking I was given the voucher but not the cocktails voucher. Room is very dated and got up this morning to have a shower no hot water not even warm, contacted reception twice still no hot water. Ubicación excelente y es imposible aburrirse ya que tiene bates y restaurantes y el area envolvente es bastante animada
I absolutely love the Europa Hotel. Without a doubt it's my favourite hotel in Belfast. The location is perfect for overnight stays and shopping trips without having to drive as the train and bus station are next door. The rooms are all finished to a high standard and are always pristine. The staff are very friendly and professional at all times. The food has always been good but my favourite are the cocktails from the piano bar.
