Just had our staff Christmas dinner at the swing band lunch. I really enjoyed the live music, wonderful attentive staff and silver service but the drink prices are overpriced £10 for a glass of wine and £3.60 for a Coke is ridiculous. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and £7.50 for a glass of good wine is reasonable.

I love the Europa, met friends there yesterday. Had a light bite in the bar and it was delicious and great value for money. Staff are always helpful and pleasant. Only thing was the bar was cold. I know it was a very cold day but think there needs to be a sliding door or something to close it off from the lobby area.

Every aspect of the Europa epitomises excellence!! Room was superb...... great view from the 9th floor �. Had a meal in the restaurant and the presentation and taste was second to none. Will definitely be back �
