We called in on Monday evening after doing a little shopping. Our server overheard me discussing vegetarian options with my wife for her choice of sandwich. without request this absolutely fantastic and very considerate waitress brought my wife vegetarian milk for her tea. As with a lot of things its the small touches like this which really mean the world and we would not only like to thank the waitress for this but thank the team for a very pleasurable experience and a fulfilling meal.

My friend and I were there yesterday for afternoon tea an live coverage of the royal wedding I would highly recommend food was beautiful an very well organised would definitely go back

Very nice hotel, but with in a 2 night stay. The extremely loud fire alarm went off twice for no reason. Once at midnight!
