Ellie does a great job on the front desk, where everyone else seems to be sitting around in the offices ignoring the queues or if there are issues to resolve. My last visit included purchase of an item that was incomplete. Only realised when I got home. Took it back. Another ordered. Returned again, also incomplete, then they realised there was a stock issue. All the while Ellie was running around doing her best to resolve.
