Sadly the worst motor factors by far locally, often you will get a keen staff member to help you by phone. But the treatment of local garages with their pricing structure is truly shameful. They don’t seem to want your trade business it seems…front desk is worst in town
Currently waiting in the Basingstoke branch after ringing the bell multiple times and having two employees ignore me. I can hear multiple staff members talking in the back room, ironically about keeping customers happy. Even a “someone will be with you in a minute” would be better!
