Great products great prices
Used to be great but now you cant phone the branch directly, you get another random branch and have to wait for a call back, by which time you have ordered the part from another factor who do answer the phone. Whoever came up with this stupid idea is obviously high up in LKQ Sales prevention department. At least the other local factors understand the importance of customer service and appreciate the spend.
I had an issue with my online order but customer service support were quick to fix it and I’m grateful for that, after sales service is up to standard thank you shilla.
