Absolutely useless, Scarborough branch anyway, No one ever behind the desk. Just walked out because can't get served. Won't be going back as it's not the first time.
Is it any wonder that Amazon is so successful. I have just been down to my local Euro Parts depot in Scarborough to get some new wiper blades. There was one other gentleman waiting in front of me but no staff manning the desk. In the ten minutes I waited two other gentleman joined the queue and two of us gave up and left the shop as in that time not a single employee appeared behind the desk. I shall be buying online in future.
A massive Thank you to Tom who gave excellent service when I called in for a rear windscreen wiper. Highly recommend using.
