Excellent professional. Very competent, personable, and genuinely interested in his patients well being and satisfaction with services provided.

Listens and willing to answer questions and address concerns in a manner that is clear and understandable. Very personable. Very easy to schedule appointments, efficient check in process and billing system.
Dr. Chang and his PA, Emily, are great from the first visit. Understanding, knowledgeable, concerned. I just had surgery and the pain in my foot is so minor now that I do not even need Tylenol.
Dr. Chang has cared for my Orthopedic footcare needs for over 15 years. From bone spur reduction surgery on big toe joint to an accidental severe contusion from dropping a large object on a bare foot I have received caring, prompt, very professionally care from initial visit to follow up. I have never waited longer than 4 minutes past a scheduled appointment time to be seen. Working full time I appreciate this promptness- the right amount of time and attention to receive the right treatment.

I’m in the process of having both my ankles fused. One has been completed by Doctor Chang. I went to three other surgeons before choosing Dr. Chang. This includes the Mayo Clinic. He gave me great information prior to preforming this surgery and made me feel amazing about my decision. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
Just had surgery on my ankle and things look good. I can say that Dr Chang is a very knowledgeable, professional surgeon and would recommend him to anyone.
