Dr. Chang is the absolute best at what he does. He has diligently followed up with me for the past year and a half through two surgeries and is passionate about getting me back to my best self. He is compassionate, precessional, and the best at what he does. I very highly recommend him.

Dr, Chang did a phenomenal job on my tib/fib/ligament surgery. I had a bad slip and fall and came to OPA with a broken fibula and tibia, and a ruptured ligament. One surgery, seven screws and some other hardware later, I’m in physical therapy and working toward getting back to my active lifestyle. Dr. Chang and staff were all helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They took time to explain everything and answer all questions and they were very attentive to my needs and comfort.
Dr. Chang is the best. I have seen him for years. He makes you comfortable, explains things in easy to understand terms. I highly recommend him as he is the best.
My visit was AMAZING. Everyone was very professional and personable. I always felt valued as a patient and a person. Wait time wasn't long for anything I needed to have done. Had my X-ray not long after the nurse got me all checked in. Got back to the room, and the nurse came back, brought up my X-ray had me take my shoe and sock off, then told me Dr. Chang would be in soon. Not even 5 minutes later he was knocking on the door. He has great communication skills. He cared for as a person not just as a potential surgical bunion case. He spent a long time getting to know how my feet were affecting my lifestyle and gave me a number of things to help other than going immediately to surgery. Should I eventually need foot surgery he will be my choice. He was awesome!!
Dr. Chang and Staff are awesome!! Always friendly and helpful. Dr. Chang is a great listener and explains things in everyday terms that are easily understood.
