I did the check in online. Arriving, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Arrival check in was a breeze. The staff was courteous, professional,and concerned about my well being. They talked as if we had been friends for some time and we were catching up, which put me more at ease. Dr. Chang was brilliant and his hands were warm. (Rare for doctors and nurses!) I was very impressed with Dr Chang. He was warm, friendly, and professional. I was confident in his knowledge and am satisfied so far. I would recommend him to others. I am being seen for a broken fibula (very near my ankle).
