Car had an issue and was fixed prior to collecting. Apparently just had a service and full service history but could not produce any documents, taking deposits under false information, not a good practice. Had to get car ready to collect what a joke it was filthy ONE WEEK LATER STILL NO SERVICE REPORT, WHICH WAS APPARENTLY ONLY CARRIED OUT 4 DAYS BEFORE WE COLLECTED IT. AT LEAST REFUND £300 SO WE CAN GET IT DONE OURSELVES. I WILL BE REPORTING IT
I have been here twice to buy my car and service was polite and efficient
Recently got a car from Mr. Khan at Etwall motors. The whole process was smooth and he helped me with everything. Car even had an issue which came up the next day and he rectified it immediately for me. Would definitely recommend Etwall Motors for your next car purchase.
