Michael has always explain what he found during the diagnosed process and what our next step is in fixing our units. He is very honest and dependable. He goes above and beyond to help his customers. Austin has been taking care of our AC units for two years. Always courteous and professional. We have only had one small issue with our mini-split unit, but it was taken care of quickly and we were very pleaaed.

I called ETR and spoke with Haley and she was very prompt with scheduling! She has excellent phone etiquette; makes the call so much smoother! Our technician was Tyron and he was very nice, and knowledgeable. In less than 20 minutes our system was up and running again! They are the BEST!

I had no AC yesterday morning, and the house was already getting very warm. I worried about my 2 dogs being able to tolerate the heat. My previous experience with AC repair in the Tyler area has been to wait two days with no AC for a part to be ordered and delivered. Not this time. I checked recommendations from customers this time and discovered that ETR, Tyler had great reviews.
