I like their service and the fact that they send a text with picture and name of service technician, and the technician calls to give you an ETA. Tyron Hunter was ETR Technician that came today. He was very professional and courteous. He was efficient and thorough checking the heat & air system. The ENERGY SAVINGS AGREEMENT for maintenance is worth the peace of mind knowing that they check the unit every six months. Thank you ETR.
