Friendly and Courteous from initial phone contact all the way to the service tech. Service Tech, Tyron, was prompt knowledgeable and was able to get my system back up and running in less than an hour. Would definitely use again in the future.

I live in Tyler, TX. I got my service done few days ago: I was shocked at how much I was charged. They charged me $50 for each filter (needed 2) while the price for exactly the same filter is $56 for 6 (six of them) on Amazon, $100 for a MFD run capacitor (cost <&25 on Amazon) and $90 for each hour of labor: they worked 2.5 hours inspecting my house system: $225. I canceled my contract and will look for an alternative, more cost effective option.
Our AC was out in this high heat and they were quick to resolve it. A big thanks to technician Austin Duff for his attention to detail and friendly manor. Also the ladies that answer the phone are a great help. We are happy customers!
The company representatives are great and quick to service your a/c repair needs. Do not buy the Daikin split units because they need constant expensive repairs to fix coils that corrode way to quickly. They are manufactured with inferior components and there has been atleast one class action lawsuit filed over this defect. In less than 4 years ours has had a leak twice. This last time cost us 1,400.00. Do not waist your money.
