Really nice came out in the snow 15 minutes after we called!
We've used ETR for years. They installed two units at our previous house and one in our new home. During this snow storm, they came out the same day we called to check on why the furnaces weren't working. ETR texted a photo of the technician scheduled as well as a short bio on him. David was very professional. He diagnosed our problem, gave me a time frame for repair, and came back the next day when parts houses were open. The overall experience was good. From the time I made the first call to the office until the end of the installation of the new unit. The calls to the office were always handled professionally and in a timely manner. The installation of the unit was completed within 6-8 hours and the cleanup process was great. I highly recommend ETR they provided excellent service.

Jacob came out for a service call on our heating/AC unit because it had been making a loud noise for quite some time even though it had been replaced by ETR only 6 months ago. When he discovered the motor had been damaged seemingly due to an error from the prior install, he arranged to have it replaced free of charge!
