Easy to schedule appointment within a day. Tyron Hunter was very good in diagnosing the issue and servicing the entire unit. Explained my specific system well. He didn't try to diagnose more than the problem. I will call for him again.

Our ETR Technician was James Britton, he is usually the guy we always get. I have to say that he always get the job done perfectly. We've never had any complaints!
It is easy to express my gratitude and appreciation I have with ETR. Keaton, a service technician went above and beyond to fix my York Unit during these frigid East Texas temps. His expertise and attention to detail is the reason ETR is represented so well in the Tyler area. Keith came out this evening to double check our unit and give us some piece of mind. He found problems that needed to be corrected and explained it very well for us to understand. We signed up today for the maintenance plan because of how helpful he was.
