Thank you ETR for providing some of the best customer service that I have ever had!! Royce and James were my service techs and were very knowledgeable and upfront with everything they did. I definitely will be using your service for all of my A/C needs!!!!! I had a home warranty policy that ended up covering nothing. The guy they sent out tried to charge me hundreds more and even added more problems than were actually wrong. So much for the home warranty. I will use ETR's service contract. They are great!
Same morning service! Royce and James were uniformed and even used carpet booties to protect my rug. They are tradesmen and know how to deal with homeowners. This service was my fault... house drain for condensate plugged. They only charged me a service call and materials. Very honest about the problem. Royce was lead and he really knows these Trane units! Checked for codes as an added value to the call. You can't beat ETR and Trane!

Billy has been a great asset to our air conditioning and heating needs. He is always available and I appreciate that in a company. I see Royce come out and fix our issues and I am too very glad to have such knowledge and great customer service. When I ask for something such as an update they are always there to make sure I know what is going on. Thank you!
Colton came out to trouble shoot a problem and checked our system through out to fix the problem. He was very professional and I wanted to thank him for a job well done.

Royce came by after hours and got everything fix with my NEST unit, even stuck around and did the setup for me. If you need some AC help go with ETR.
Chris was knowledgeable and friendly! He made sure everything was working properly and answered any questions we had. Very happy with our service! Highly recommend! :)
I just wanted to put a big thank you out there to Tim.. He helped me out on more than one occasion with my air conditioner.. He for sure went above and beyond.. You just can't find good customer service like that anymore.. So once again I just wanted to say thank you.. And ETR is lucky to have him
