Amazing customer service from Laura and Emily, who went the extra mile to ensure that the ring arrived on time and gave valuable advice when it came to selecting the perfect ring. My (now) fiancée absolutely loves it as well! I would highly recommend Ethica Diamonds to anybody looking to make an important jewellery purchase (and you'll be supporting an independent, family-run business, which is also good).

Really great customer service - Laura is super attentive and expains the process and guides you through choosing an engagement ring. Lovely styles available, especially like the vintage section. took about 4-6 weeks to produce and engrave a design which was much quicker and cost effective than other jewellers i had visited. highly recommend!
Amazing! I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for and when I found The Penelope Ring from Ethica Diamonds it was perfect in every way!
