Staff was extremely friendly. Chocolate was great. Pricey to buy chocolate but a different experience to see how the process of chocolate making is done from start to finish. Not tour guided which makes it nice to walk through quickly or at your own pace and able to roam around.
I feel Ethel M chocolates is the best I've ever had. I wish we had a store locally. The experience of this chocolate is personally a one of a kind experience . Untel you put one of there chocolates in your mouth you truly have not experienced the joy of chocolate!! ♡♡
Good chocolate, but tour was very lackluster. Probably wouldn't do it again.
Great Chocolates and candies! The factory here in Henderson is also fascinating to visit when you come to Las Vegas.
We like the place n atmospheres. Fun place to visit. We bought over $235.00 of the chocolate. The lady who gave out samples was mean n stingy. Asked too many unnecessary questions. Refused to give 1 or 2 extra. Cheap compsny.
