The Ethel M Chocolate Tasting Experience is to die for - you will not find anything like this on the Strip! It is 45 minutes of chocolate bliss: sampling, how its sourced and made, and what pairs well with which flavor - really interesting. Now I know which of my wines I will pair with my favorite chocolates! Walk-ins are welcome to the tasting and they had a class starting - every hour between 10am - 7pm. Afterwards, check out the largest botanical cactus garden in Nevada - beautiful & FREE! Very kid-friendly.

Delicious! Some of the best chocolates I've ever had. I toured their factory in Las Vegas which is where I first tried some and I get a boxes for my family, best friends, and myself each Christmas!

Ethel M's used to be - for 30+ years - my favorite chocolates, bar none. When they closed down all their shops in malls I would make a special point to buy them whenever I went to Nevada. Now, however, they have done away with all my favorite flavors and replaced them with things like "prickly pear" and "agave nectar." Also, where most flavors used to be available in milk or dark chocolate, now they have put all my favorite fillings in dark chocolate only - so in order to be trendy they have made the chocolates inedible IMHO... read more
I visited Ethel M Chocolate before. This time I bought friends. This visit was as good as the first. We enjoyed a stroll through the garden . Watching the candy being made was very interesting; sampling it was even better. We'll be back. PML from Delaware
