Nice shop, but too expensive for a quality that isn't even half way to a Lindt or Ghirardelli. Oh, speaking about high prices, $25 for a coffee mug?!? C'mon...
Went Christmas Eve, was a little disappointed that there was no music or carolers like in past Christmases. It was sooooooo crowded I was accidentally pushed into a Cactus bush, still removing barbs from my hand. Spent $60 on two tiny boxes of 16 candies each! The Santa there made it actually all about kids and the lines to sit on Santa's lap blocked people just trying to walk around and see the lights! Perhaps put Santa in his own little pavilion? Extremely displeased with my visit. Website said they were open. Guy at door said they were closed almost 3 hours early. Asked to at least use the restroom since we had to park so far away to visit the shop that was supposed to be open. Was told no. Find somewhere else. Great customer service. I definitely won't be a customer.
After 17 years in Las Vegas, I finally made it! I truly wish I didn't wait so long. The cactus garden was amazing. I enjoyed watching the candy makers in action also. I did get a sample & it was very tasty. The lines were long to purchase, so I skipped that. If your in doubt going, don't! Get in the car & enjoy some great family time!
I love with Ethel M Chocolate Factory has done with their new store!! Our whole family always goes every year to see the lights for Christmas, and we were all so impressed by the new store!
It was my first time coming to Ethel M and over all it wasn't bad. Only draw back was the strobbing lights. I have an acute seizure disorder and the lights almost triggered a seizure. Also very few items to sample, so I wasn't able to try some of the things I would have liked to purchase.
