We received a box of these chocolates for Christmas and they are some of the best chocolates ever! Thank you for being sustainable and delicious!!!
The store and tour and tasting were wonderful. Chris is amazing and very knowledgeable. I encourage everyone to go and do the tasting. Ethel M is the best chocolate on the planet.

Horrible! NEVER GOING AGAIN! We wanted to do their "Tasting Room", while my husband was paying I told our daughter go and get us seats, the employee yelled at her to "Get Out!", I ran to my husband and told the cashier give us our money back and we left. The quality of their Holiday lights have gone down, one section of lights were out, they opened an ice rink which is VERY SMALL, they raise the price of hot chocolate from $4.95 to $6.95 every Holiday, lest we forget the staff is RUDE!

A little too crowded to enjoy 100%, but free, so that was good!
My daughter and I went light were beautiful live the new add ons BUT the line for hot cocoa was awful we ended up not buying anything a lot of stuff to expensive
My son went tonight & took some toys to donate - I couldn't believe when he came home & told me he was turned away! Are you serious?! You turned away toy donations?! What is wrong with you?!
