don’t waste your time here. expensive for some reason, considering it’s a dingy salon and none of them know how to do their jobs properly.

Beautician is always flexible with last minute appointment requests. Had threading done to a very good quality. I have sensitive skin and she was very careful with my eyebrows to ensure I did not have any flare ups. She also have good aftercare advice. Very happy with the service and will definitely come here again-thank you !

I love this salon amazing people and very warm welcoming I’m not from around Birmingham but have family here so whenever I come to stop over I get my eyebrows done only trust eternal Roop for eyebrows I can honestly say I don’t go anywhere else my all time favourite is maria but saima also does a really good job I have also been coming here for years and so do my aunties highly recommend keep up the good work ladies.

Got my eyebrows done by Maria, she is lovely and an asset to your company! Great service and she did a really good job, also makes everyone comfortable and has a nice chat with them. Thank you, new eyebrow lady for me!
