Etch has the most amazing environment and service. The food was wonderful and delicious. It was a great experience being there and I would would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to eat. Awesome!

My wife and I loved it here! On our Honeymoon, we stopped by for lunch on a recommendation- and every dish that came out was creative, unique and absolutely delicious! We were smiling the entire meal with the friendly waitstaff, and the perfection of presentation and phenomenal flavor that was in each dish. The super talented chef, Deb, was super sweet and thanked us for stopping by. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

Sauces with roast cauliflower amazing; Vegetarian tres peppy-something...totally surprising. Cocktail one dimensional, overpriced and disappointing, but complete wine list.

One of the best meals I've had in a while. Service was fantastic, food was stellar. Complimentary valet parking is a huge help when trying to navigate downtown on a very busy night.

By the recommendation and gift of Edible Chicago owners and editors, we found ourselves enjoying the most spectacular dining experience in our last night in Nashville. Our waiter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable for his small town guests who are self admittedly non adventurous "foodies". Kudos to a night we surely will not forget!
