It was good and nice waitress so kind and friendly
Exquisite dinner and service. The food was cooked to perfection. There was no rush, a true dining experience. . Each course was beautifully prepared and served. Great wine and cocktail menu. The chocolate hazelnut ice cream served on little nuggets of brownie was divine.

Tonight, my wife and I visited Etch Restaurant for the 8th time. Every time we’ve been, the service has been exceptional and the food outstanding. Deb’s creativity and ability to find unique ways of blending flavors is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. This time, celebrating April Carpenter Campbell’s birthday, we were blown away once again. I just want to say thanks for being a consistently great experience and for making my wife’s special night that much more special once again!
5 star establishment, and how cool is it that the chef is part owner, here observing that every dish is up to par with standards set by the chef herself, who was previously rated one among top 50 chefs in the US. Bar has a nice atmosphere. Drinks are nice food is absolutely 5 stars. Beet salad is divine. Short ribs appetizer Incredible. Katie at the bar will treat you as if you are First Class. I am a restaurant connoisseur I admire fine dining and I give the etch 5 stars.
I didn't know duck could taste so good. I love this place. Our server, Amy, is the BEST!
Got to the bar before our dinner appt by an hour. Standing room only for impending hockey game. The Barmaid came out from behind the bar to take our drink order. I rush to dig out my credit card. She says, Don't worry about it we got you. We'll get you a seat in a few minutes. I loved the attentive service! Just give me some indigenous TN George Dickel Whisky .(Buyer) 😂
Excellent ambiance. Delicious & well presented at every course. Our server was EXCELLENT!
