I have always had great experiences at etch! I would recommend the cauliflower and the butter tasting. The scallops and filet are also a great choice.
RecommendedAwesome experience here. Having worked in the food industry it gives me great appreciation for when places like tech nail it in every aspect. From the dining room, to the staff to the elegant dishes and presentations that come out. The fact they could easily make my allergens work (gluten and dairy) without a problem made me even more ecstatic. Will definitely hit this place every time I am back in Nashville for a visit.
My husband and I are foodies from the Seattle area and absolutely LOVED everything about Etch. Their famed roasted cauliflower more than lived up to the hype. The Turkish halibut tacos were divine as were the crispy, light and irresistible homemade potato chips served on the side. My Latin Chicken Ensalada was an impeccable fiesta of flavors. Our waiter, Mark S., was warm, professional and personable. Our lunch was by far the best meal we’ve eaten in Nashville. Spread the word! This place is a gem!
What a great place! The food was excellent! We had a wonderful cheese platter for starters. We split a spinach salad that was not the standard spinach salad. It was very fresh and not drowning in dressing. I had halibut and my husband had the filet steak. Both were delightful. Then we shared a desert that had in-house made butterscotch ice cream, yum. To top off this restaurant,the staff was friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. We had a wonderful evening and plan on returning in the near future.
Love,love, loved this place!! We went for my birthday and for this one specific drink called the Pharma-coe-pia. Needless to say it lived up to the hype. The drinks were amazing,the service was excellent, and the food was phenomenal!

Wonderful dinner the other night for a group of 8! Server took care of us and was very helpful with recommendations! Who knew how good roasted cauliflower could be? Bar staff was exceptional as they obliged me and let me teach them how to make a Toronto! �
