Dinner was amazing! I looked at the menu before we arrived and, based on what I read, I wasn’t expecting to love it. But... I did! Everythibg we ordered was delicious. We ordered the following items: scallops with kale salad, veal and shiitake meat balls, halibut with sweet potato tart, roasted cauliflower and octopus and shrimp bruschetta. It was all awesome! Our drinks were delicious, and the food was beautifully presented, extremely flavorful and cooked to perfection! We started with the Shrimp and Octopus Bruschetta, which was amazing. Then, I ordered lamb and my husband had venison. Both were delicious, but I was so surprised at how well I liked the venison! My current best meal I have had in Nashville! We had the bread and butter, cauliflower, venison, and lamb. I was overwhelmed by the knowledge and friendliness of the staff. Can't wait to go back! Thanks Etch!!!

Etch has some of the most amazing and beautifully crafted food I’ve ever eaten. I recommend the duck tart and tuna ceviche to start. The scallops and venison entrees were fantastic, as were the crispy potato salad and butternut squash sides. Be sure to splurge for the chocolate hazelnut mousse-it was fabulous! The food and staff were amazing! Loved it!
Favorites were roasted cauliflower, the very savory, subtly smoky scallops, and the service!
Outstanding! Elegant delicious and service was excellent starting with valet all they way through to dessert. Beautiful night out.
