We sat at the action bar for some apps and drinks prior to a show st the Ryman. Amanda took care of out every need with a beautiful smile. Every dish was delshious and the reastaurant had that busy hum on a Monday night that lets you know you made the perfect choice for the evening.

The duck breast was cooked a perfect medium rare with olive tapenade and an apricot compote.
The roasted cauliflower is to die for. Etch is our favorite restaurant in Nashville!

Excellent quality! Our group had the pork loin, duck, and the vegetation option, a three mushroom dish. Just wonderful! The eggplant soup was fabulous. We highly recommend the charcruitterei salad. Made our trip to Nashville complete!
We had a phenomenal meal here, the food and service really stand out high. Especially recommend the roasted cauliflower and fried mushroom appetizers, and the Argentinian beef tenderloin and Springer Farm Indian chicken main courses. Also get some chips, and for dessert you can't go wrong with the roasted pineapple pavlova or the hazelnut fudge mousse.
I very rarely feel the need to write reviews but this was a very terrible experience for my husband and I. If you want beautifully plated food with zero flavor and the portion size of a small child this is the place for you. The service here is what makes Etch really special. As I watched food come out quickly and tables be cleared, I could see the well oiled machine that was this staff. Our waiter Darren was knowledgeable and attentive. Beyond that, the food was wonderful. Presentation is beautiful, but the food is even better.
