I can safely say that Etch is one of the best dining experience I've had in Nashville. The service is wonderful, the drinks are delicious and the atmosphere/decor is perfect for a great date night. Our server was very knowledgable and went out of her way to describe the menu and made us feel very welcomed. The food though, WOW, the food is what really shines. We had a wonderful lunch yesterday and will definitely go back! I had the corn meal crusted catfish (loved the presentation) and my husband had the lemongrass cashew chicken. We wanted to try the cauliflower appetizer you're known for ... next time! Once the construction next door is done, it'll be a top pick for us!

Spent Valentine's evening there with my husband! The specialized menu was magnificent. The blending of flavors were amazing, starting with the appetizers all the way to desert!
Amazing experience at Etch. Started with the cauliflower appetiser which is a taste sensation. I had the lamb due main which was cooked to perfection. I then had like pavlova for dessert which was refreshing, certainly the best place I've eaten in Nashville. I then spent the evening in the bar area and was served by Malia who made us an array of cocktails. She was delightful and made our evening really special chatting to us brits 🇬🇧🇱🇷🤠😃.
We had a great experience. From the orange blossom special to the Manhattan. The bruchetta and the Korean BBQ were great. Our waiter Ed was terrific. Very knowledgeable and professional.
We were there celebrating our daughters birthday. Started with the roasted cauliflower appetizer. It was fabulous. All three of us had the beef tenderloin. I do not like seasoning on my food. They did not mind changing mine to my taste. We shared the chocolate dessert. Great. The service was top notch. We had a 14 month old with us and she was made to feel welcome. We went away very happy with our first experience .
