We've been to Etch for our anniversary and it's a lovely place. The food (Roasted Cauliflower, Fish) was very good, the waiter very professional and friendly and we had a great time there. I just kept pondering over the fact that there were no candles on the tables - especially since the tablecloths are dark and would've (just in my opinion) benefited from a bit of light. I'm sure they have their good reasons for deciding against open fire, though, and it didn't take away from a very pleasurable experience.

Had a wonderful date night here with my wife. The food was an adventure and I can only describe an an Epicurean one on a plate. You cannot be picky, must try everything and come with an open mind. There is a lot of flavor each dish. The fillet was the best fillet I've had, and I've eaten that many of the steak houses in Nashville. If you're a foodie and interested in experiencing your dish, this is the place for you. We will be back. Thank you.

Service was very slow, food was cold and obviously was not cooked to our preference

While initially put off by the strange sounding menu, my mind was immediately put at ease after the first bite of our appetizer. We went tonight for a work function and I was apprehensive. I like my comfort zone and typically am plain - some have called me a "purist," and that's correct. But every bite of food sent my tastebuds on a whirlwind tour of flavors I never knew could go together. The appetizers were delicious. The entrées were to die for. The desserts were fantastic and the wine selection was outstanding! Our serve... read more

I celebrated my 21st birthday here yesterday. My family had researched the area and the different high profile restaurants, made reservations, drove up from our hometown. But it didn't live up to the hype. Service itself was amazing. Our server, Kim was very attentive and knowledgeable. The atmosphere and ambiance of the place was beautiful. I loved the open kitchen. The cocktails were fantastic (I had the Labyrinth, very yummy). But the food itself was mostly subpar. We started with the Butter Tasting. Very nice, though the... read more
